Sebastopol Farmer's Market, Sebastopol

11/23/14
The Green Grocer
Rainbow chard ($2.50)
Collards ($2.50)
This tiny farmer's market sure packs in the visitors. It was very crowded when I arrived, and it was late enough in the day that some of the sellers were already packing up.

The produce all looked really great. I saw a lot of rainbow chard and collards. Bright green leaves, dark green leaves, colorful stems - veggies are beautiful.  I only purchased from one seller and immediately roasted my food when I returned home. I'm so excited for lunch tomorrow! I'll be taking my roasted treats in with me.

The Bone Broth

There was live music, dancing, hula hooping, some people sitting quietly, many families talking by the water fountain, and lots of people eating food from the trucks and vendors situated around the park and bench area.  The market is in a really great spot in the heart of downtown - I'm sure the people who live here love Sunday afternoons.
