I do not bank with Wells Fargo, but I do work with their investment professionals. My first experience walking into this Lafayette branch was a great one. A lovely woman greeted me at the door and another employee smiled and said hello as I made my way to the back for my meeting. It's a smaller branch but parking was easy.
It's also easy to find (if you know Lafayette just a little bit). It's right on Mt. Diablo Blvd. at the Happy Valley intersection, so getting on and off the freeway is pretty simple (less than a mile).
Service was fast and friendly.
