We had such a great time as we rode around the Old Mill District shopping plaza and along the river! For $45 (non-negotiable) our group of 5 pedaled a 3-row bicycle around. It would comfortably seat 6 (although there are 9 seats) - and we were wishing we had a 6th person as we pedaled up some of the hills. It was a lot more work than I expected, but we covered a lot of ground during the hour we had the bike. We went over a couple of different bridges, crossing the lake at different points. We rode through the amphitheater, and also stopped at Beer Werks brewery up the road.
Lots of children squealed with excitement and pointed at our awesome bike. It even had a little bell on the front, which we used a little excessively. Two steering wheels in the front row, but one of them is for decoration only. It was definitely worth renting a bike, but I think a one-person bicycle (which they also have for $25/hr) would be a lot less tiring to maneuver!
