Found a great shirt online. ("Dia De Los Puercos") Purchased it for my husband in the wrong size (my fault). Attempted to contact B&B on August 16th, 21st, and 22nd. Their website says to contact them with email when returning/exchanging items. Unfortunately, not once was my request acknowledged, and I ended up eating the cost of the shirt and shipping. It's nice when companies make returns convenient. This is not one of those companies.
